Policies

It is important you read the Policies before booking your treatment

Bookings

  • All bookings must be placed through the Treatwell Online Booking Platform.

  • Credit or Debit Card details will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment These details are encrypted, and Cherry Therapy does not have access to these details.

Cancellations

  • The cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all Clients. If you cancel with 24 hours you will be charged the full cost of your treatment.

Cancellation by Cherry Therapy

  • If I do need to cancel a treatment within 24 hours of the start of your appointment. I will inform you as soon as possible. Your treatment will be re-booked, and a discount will be given.

No Show

  • If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Late Arrival

  • Do not be late for your appointment. If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. The cost of the treatment will remain the same as a full treatment.

Payments

  • Payment will be taken after your treatment if you have not already paid through Treatwell.

  • You can pay by cash or the credit/debit card at the venue if you choose the pay at venue option when booking through Treatwell.

Right To Refuse Or Terminate The Treatment

  • Cherry Therapy reserves the right to refuse or terminate a treatment at any time.

  • You may be liable for payment of the terminated session. 

  • Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

  • Medical conditions or illnesses that can affect therapist's health, eg. Cold, cough, flu etc.

  • Medical conditions/issues, e.g within 6 months of an operation, pregnancy etc.

  • Being under the influence of pain killers (otc/prescription), alcohol, or other drugs or intoxicants 

  • Poor hygiene

  • Bringing children to your appointment

  • Comments or actions of a sexual nature

  • Being rude or disrespectful

  • If the treatment is not right for you, and I think you should see your GP/another Health Specialist

  • Massage/Holistic treatments are only available if you are over 18. Hypnotherapy can be performed on children providing the parent/carer is present.

Parking

  • Be mindful that the Clinic is in a Gym. Park politely. Do not block access for other businesses/Road users. Cherry Therapy is not liable for parked vehicles during your visit.

Jewellery/

Valuables/

Personal Belongings

  • Do not bring valuables/jewellery etc to your appointment.

  • Personal items may not be left on the premises when you leave. Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you. 

  • Cherry Therapy is not responsible for personal belongings.

Phones

  • Please ensure that your phone or any other devices are set to silent during your treatment.

Children

  • Please do not bring children to your appointment.

  • I reserve the right to refuse your treatment if your arrive with children and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.

  • Your treatment is your time...for you!

Food And Drink

  • Please do not eat in the clinic. Water will be available during your treatment.

Hair
 

  • If you have long hair, please tie it back

Dress

  • Please dress appropriately for your treatment.

  • Underwear must be worn.

Consultations

  • A Consultation will be carried out before each treatment to access your suitability for the treatment, and to discuss your requirements.

  • A treatment will not go ahead without a completed, signed Consultation Form.

  • A consultation will form part of your treatment time.

Block Bookings/

Promotions/

Packages

  • Block Bookings/Special Offers/Promotions/Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. 

  • Please check the expiry date on ​Block Bookings/Special Offers/Promotions/Packages. Extensions on expiry dates will not be given except in exceptional circumstances.
